1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Intimates or undergarments
  • Customized items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email info@vestramuse.com with your order number and reason. We will provide return instructions if the item qualifies.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is received and approved. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a prompt resolution.
